Dunne has been a keynote speaker at numerous music industry, branding and advertising industry, and corporate conferences and events. Dunne has lectured at UCLA, SMU, and USC, along with numerous other universities, and a Board Member of various organizations, including Foundation of New Musicals, U.S. Pop Tennis Foundation, and SMU’s Meadows School of Journalism. Jimmy was honored as State of New Mexico’s Colonel to the Governor, and is active in various initiatives with SMU and UC Merced, including writing their school songs, “SMU Forever” and “My Merced.”
Jimmy Dunne has also been a Brand Strategist for CEO’s across numerous sectors; (national leaders in the real estate, financial services, retail, charity, communications, sporting industries — along with Brand Strategist services for leading politicians, celebrity actors and actresses, religious leaders, entertainment executives, and many others.

Married to award-winning interior designer Catherine Bailly Dunne, they have two daughters – living in Pacific Palisades, California.
